MEMBERSHIP TERMS:

All of our monthly memberships are auto billed on a month to month basis. Your membership billing date is the day you begin training unless otherwise requested. Read more of the details below.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations must be submitted minimum 24 hrs prior to your billing date. You may cancel at anytime by filling out the form below.

REFUND POLICY:

We do not offer refunds for any reason. It is your responsibility to know your billing date and plan ahead to Cancel your membership.

MEMBERSHIP HOLDS:

You may put a hold on your membership for up to 30 days. A hold on your membership will push your next billing date out the length of the hold ensuring you don’t lose anything that you have paid for. Please fill out the hold form below.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

When signing up for a membership or purchasing products at CrossFit Tustin, you are authorizing charges to be made on a credit card or bank account of your choice via Wodify billing. If you have signed a contract, you will be held to the terms and conditions specified in your contract.
